Lean Together™ 1.0 is a collaborative learning group for building a culture of continuous improvement, based on concepts from the book, 2 Second Lean. The monthly program includes classroom sessions and facility tours. Each month, learn from NWIRC’s lean and operational specialist, and apply concepts on the shop floor.   

This course provides participants with basic knowledge of 2 Second Lean to enhance in-person learning.
